Me and my team have been conducting home renovations; from landscaping gardens to Kitchens from decorating to bathrooms. We do it all at Dual! We have years of experience, allowing us to build up a reputable base of suppliers, giving us the skills to design, quote, source and deliver your vision.
Gas Safe Registered
Since becoming a gas engineer in early 2022 I have gained experience in boiler services; ensuring the correct checks have been completed and my clients boilers are safe and efficient, as well as boiler installs; including converting whole systems and advising on the most efficient way to heat your home and finally, boiler breakdowns; where I identify the issue, and work with my client and each of their individual circumstances to offer the best outcome for any Plumbing requirement.
Plumbing and Heating
Dual Renovations is committed to offering its customers a one stop solution for all general plumbing services. Whether it’s fixing a leaking tap or radiator valve to installing a modern new bathroom; our team are on hand to tackle all plumbing problems.
Gas
All jobs and enquiries will be quoted on a job by job basis and the prices below are a guideline only.
Boiler Service
If upon arrival there are additional problems outside of a service, this will be quoted for separately before the service is undertaken.
Boiler Breakdown
This price does not include parts.
Boiler Install
This price does not include parts.
Plumbing
All jobs and enquiries will be quoted on a job by job basis and the prices below are a guideline only.
Bathroom Install
This will be quoted on a job by job basis.
Tiling
This price does not include materials and more intricate designs will take longer.
General Plumbing
Covering anything from a leaking tap, to replacement items but is not limited to and does not cover materials.
When quoting for jobs, please be reminded that quotes are valid for 14 days only. A deposit of 50% upfront will be payable before jobs are secured. Please note: *All diagnostic work will be charged for *All rates exclude materials *Materials will be charged at trade price plus 20% and are subject to VAT *Minimum charge is 1 hour and charged at 30 minute increments thereafter *Travel time will be charged - this includes travelling to obtain materials *Additional admin fees may be charged *A separate charge will be advised when jobs require specialist equipment.
