Dual Renovations are aware of its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.  This privacy notice describes, in line with GDPR, how we collect and use personal data you have provided to us. It also sets out how long we keep it for and other relevant information about your data; should you not wish to share this date with us.

We need to collect the following information  in order to provide you with the best possible service regarding your enquiry. We have a legitimate interest in collecting this information, as without it we could not complete our job effectively and safely.

Correspondence: we collect any additional personal date you may provide to us from time to time that may support your enquiry and allow us to complete our job safely and efficiently, if you contact us via email, telephone or letter, through our website or by any other means.

- To provide you with the service you have requested in replying to your enquiry

- To provide and improve our customer support

- To respond to enquiries, and complaints and disputes should they arise. 

3. How long do we keep your data for? 

We only retain your data for the time that is necessary for it's purpose; for example for the length of time of a required service. However in certain circumstances, these may be slightly longer, including but not limited to:

All customer information is stored on an office computer. This is on a secure network and is password protected.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time, please check each time you provide personal data to us.
